TRIP MANAGEMENT FEE
This fee covers my time, expertise and connections to top suppliers around the globe. It covers trip discussion, trip research, planning, development of bespoke itinerary with various proposals (includes up to 3 destination revisions) hotel, tour and ground transportation bookings and follow up confirmations on all bookings. Includes access to preferred amenities & benefits when applicable. Includes full itinerary (hard copy and digital travel app). This fee also covers my time managing the trip and helping to make any changes while you are traveling in case of unforeseen changes in the trip due to weather, delays, etc.
The fee is contingent upon the complexity of the trip. Trip planning fees are not applied to simple hotel bookings, cruises or simple add on's to an existing trip. Fees below are based on trips ranging from 4-12 days. Trips that are two weeks or longer may incur a higher fee. Credit Card details will be collected after our initial consultation.
$50-350, Domestic Travel (per week)
$100-450 International Travel (per week)

$25-100 per person Group Bookings over 8 people (per week)
Last minute ADDED booking fees of $50-200 may be applied to existing fees for trips requested less than 4 weeks prior to departure, depending on the location.

Trip Cancellation Fee - After trip has been booked. Cancellation fees are not always administered and charged on a case by case basis.
$50-$300, based on the time spent and complexity of the trip
$200-1,000, destination wedding trip cancellation, based on the time spent and complexity of the trip

No planning fee for hotel only if client provides desired hotel or a few options to price.
$25-100 Research fee if destination ideas or a handful of hotel options are requested.

No planning fee applies when a cruise/sail date has been preselected by client.
$50-250 Trip Research Fee applies when destination, cruise line or particular sailings are requested.
Fee to book all airfare partnered with Cadence air specialist. Cancellation fees can apply if client requests and receives various options and opts to book air independently. Air ticketing fees often waived if air is a part of a travel package booked through a wholesaler or tour operator.
Domestic ticket - $45/ticket
International ticket - $65/ticket
Refunds/exchanges - $65/ticket
Domestic Mileage ticket - $85/hr
Int. Mileage ticket - $135/hr
Assist w/ E-Visas (AUS)- $35/Visa
